Visibility Monitoring
$299/mo · month one is the full Finding · cancel anytime
A visibility check tells you where you stood the day you ran it
Your position moves every month whether you watch it or not.
A competitor posts, or drops off
Map rank shifts with what everyone in your market is doing this month, not just what you are doing.
The AI answer changes
The name an assistant gives out for your service and city is not fixed. It has been checked once for you before — it can change the very next month.
Your rivals keep collecting reviews
Review count and rating are among the strongest local ranking signals there are, and they move every single month. A gap that was small in March is a wall by June.
Month one is the full Local Visibility Finding. Every month after, the same scans run again and you get one number tracked over time: how many of five real AI answers name you.
What this actually is
Month one is the whole diagnosis. Every month after keeps it true.
You do not need to have bought anything first. Your first month is The Local Visibility Finding — the full 49-point map read, your named competitors, your site check, and the System's five protocols sequenced to what your own scan found worst. From month two on, the same scans run again and the report becomes a comparison: what held, what moved, and in which direction.
The full Local Visibility Finding
Everything the $297 Finding contains, delivered as your first month — the map grid, the named competitors, the site check, and all five protocols.
A fresh map-grid rescan
The same grid, run again, so this month is measured against last month rather than felt.
A repeat four-engine check
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity asked again — whether they still name you, still name the same rivals, or the answer has changed.
Named in X of 5, tracked
One honest, re-checkable figure charted month over month. Not a score we invented — a count of real answers that either say your name or do not.
One branded report in the Finding's own format, a short narrated video walking through what changed in it, and a re-prioritized list of what to do next. Then a live call with Ryan to go through it and decide what you are actually doing this month. The narration on the video is synthesized; the call is a real person. Nothing is published or posted on your behalf.
How a month actually runs
Four things happen every month, on the same rhythm.
“Managed” is a word a lot of software hides behind. Here is exactly what it means here, step by step, and which parts are run by a machine and which by a person.

01
The scans run again
Your Google Maps grid is re-scanned across your whole service area, and ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity are asked the same five real customer questions they were asked last month. Same business, same keywords, same grid — so the comparison is a measurement, not an impression.
Automated -
02
The report is built and compared
Every figure is set against last month's: what held, what moved, and in which direction. Your “named in X of 5” count goes on the chart. Competitors who gained on you are named. Nothing is estimated — a figure that could not be traced to a scan run this month does not appear.
Automated -
03
A narrated walkthrough lands with it
A short video that moves through your report and says out loud what changed and why it matters, so you are not left interpreting a PDF alone. The voice on it is synthesized — we would rather tell you that than let you assume otherwise.

04
You get on a call with Ryan
This is the part no software does. A real conversation about your actual business: what the numbers mean for you specifically, which single move is worth your time this month, and what to ignore. You leave knowing what you are doing next, not holding another report.
A person · every month
Scanning is cheap and getting cheaper. Any tool can hand you a dashboard and leave you to it — that is why so many of them do. The reason this costs $299 and not $29 is the last step: someone who has read your specific market telling you which one thing to do, and being on the hook for it next month when the same scan runs again.
What this does not cover
Monitoring reruns the read and hands you the plan. It does not run your profile, your reviews, or your inbox.
That is a deliberate line, not a missing feature.
Rescans, reports, and a call — you run the fix
The map and the AI answers rechecked every month, a re-prioritized plan, and a call where we decide together what to do about it. The doing is yours: your profile, your reviews, your site, your hands.
Rescans, then a person runs the fix
The same monthly scans, plus a person who reads your results and does the work: the profile, the review system, the response system, new backlinks acquired on your behalf. See the Engine.
If a scan turns up a real problem, Monitoring will show it to you clearly, ranked, with the protocol that fixes it and a call to talk it through. Running that fix for you is what the Engine is for.

Before you start
The questions worth asking first.
Do I need to have bought the Finding first?
No. Your first month is the full Local Visibility Finding — the same $297 product, delivered as month one. If you already bought one, tell me when you sign up and I will start you on the rescan rather than charging you for a read you already have.
Can I cancel? Am I locked in?
Cancel anytime, from the link in any receipt. No contract, no minimum term, no cancellation call. And if the first month does not teach you something you can act on, ask for it back and you get it back.
Do you do the work for me?
No, and that line matters. Monitoring measures, ranks, explains, and hands you the protocol that fixes what it found — then we decide together on the call. The doing is yours. If you want the work run for you, that is The Local Engine at $1,750 a month.
Is the video actually a person?
The video's narration is synthesized — a real voice reading your report is not what you are paying for, and pretending otherwise would be the kind of thing this firm exists not to do. The call is a real person: me. That is the human part, and it is the part the price is for.
What if I am already ranking well?
Then you are buying defence rather than a climb, and it is worth less to you if nobody is chasing. Run the free check first and look at who gets named beside you. If four engines already name you and no competitor is close, say so on the call and I will tell you to save your money.
Why is this $299 when tools cost $29?
Because a dashboard gives you twelve things and no opinion about which one matters. The scanning here is genuinely automated and getting cheaper every year. What you are paying for is the last step: someone who read your specific market telling you the one thing to do this month, and being on the hook for it when the same scan runs again.
How long until I see something change?
Honestly: local ranking and AI answers move on the order of months, not days. Month one tells you exactly where you stand. Expect the first real movement to show up around month two or three, and only if the protocols actually get worked. Anyone promising faster than that is guessing.
Last word
A Finding is one photograph. This keeps the camera running.
Month one hands you the whole picture. Every month after tells you whether it is still true, and puts a real person on the phone to decide what to do about it. If you'd rather someone act on what moves instead of deciding it with you, see the Local Engine.
Haven't run the free check yet? Start there — it's $0 and takes about a minute.
